Chasing the Red Light (Full Moon Night Trek)

This was my very first experience of trekking.Lot of people gave their name for the trek but finally we 10 people went for it.Five from my team,our Manager Mr. Ravi and his 3 friends.One of them in professor from IIT Mumabi.We started from office at 5:15pm and reached Katraj at 6:30pm.Then we loaded ourselves with water,oranges,apples and chocolates.Our guide Abhay was waiting there.Then we started off by climbing the highest hill as Abhay told us.There weretotal 11 hills which we need to cross.After climbing the first one we saw whole Pune with great lighting, and then our head turned up to see the moon.At that time there were some clouds and the moon was not clear.We then moved ahead and I put one more water bottle in my bag and just after some steps the zip of my bag got broke and all the stuff which I had in my bag went down.As a result I did not have to carry anything and my all things were distributed.Finally we passed the first hill.

After that we crossed one more hill without a problem.Then Abhay showed us The Red Light on the Sinhgad fort which was 2 and half kms away from our destination.Then we climbed hills one by one looking at that Red Light.We were taking stop after climbing almost every hill.The team spirit was great and we were together always.Although there was some age difference b/w us but that did not matter.I thought that climbing is the difficult part but coming down is more difficult.We had a bit problem only when we were coming down.

After finishing our 9th hill some of us had small nap and we were again ready to rock.The last two hill was really difficult to climb.We were totally exhausted after crossing the 11th hill.It was around 7 in the morning.We then walked some one more km to reach to out cars.We took some snaps and left to our home.

Well I would like to one more thing here."Neep" means in hindi is "Slope of the hill" and "Indra" means "Raja",So meaning of my name makes some sense.Thank God .....

The total experiance was fabulous.I think now I know myself better after this trip , I do not know why. so keep evolving...........

My Night Shift Experience

In Red Hat we are suppose to do night shift for a week once in a six week.This is my first night shift week.The very first day i.e. on monday I did not slept at day time.I came to office early and stayed till night.it is really tuff to work in night.Our timing for the night is 10pm-7am.

I can't sleep much at day time for first two days and felt very drousy at day time.My whole body toltally
screwed up.I feel very different when you wake up in afternoon.Some times I tried to sleep in day time again but couldn't successed.I did not have proper food in this week and whatever I had is in odd time.
One thing I enjoyed is good food and other facilitis given by company.

But what to do!! Sab kuch karna padta hai.

Sinhgad Yatra

Yesterday I gave my XAT paper and then I went to Akshay's Flat.Then Akshay,Abhishek Nema,Shekhar(Akshay's cousin) and me started for Sinhgad Fort.It is some 35 km from pune.We started at 2:30 pm .We stopped at "Tinku da Dhaba" for our lunch.It was really bad and we left almost half of the food.Again we started off and after going some 20 km we stopped at Kadakwasla Dam.We took some snaps there and Akshay put forth one quote "Saloon Sharam karo bina ladki ke char log goomne aaye hain"; as there were love birds who were enjoying.

We started our journey again and went at the top.It was around 13-14 kms up from the bottom.That was really exiting and finally we reached there around 4:15 pm.We then parked our bikes and went to see the fort.The view from the top was nice.We went ahead but did not found so much of structure of fort.Akshay and me were stopped in-betwwen,but Abhishek and Shekar went ahead.We waited for them for almost half an hour and then we returned.The return journey was more exciting as there was slope as well as dark.We finally managed to come back by 8:15 pm.It was a lot of fun ......

Not cleared CAT this time

I am not able to clear CAT this time and got very less percentile.I tried but no luck.I started my coaching in May last year and started very seriously. I joined TIME for coaching, it was really good.I started competing with all my classmates there but when the test series started I was way behind.I will be preparing this year again.Wo kehte hain na "keeda kaat gaya........... "

Some how I think there is a lot of difference in understanding the subject and situations between me and the friends of mine who got IIM calls. I need to work more smartly.I will try my best and Lets see...........

Same College Friends

When we left college or when we are in college,we are not interested in what my other colleagues
are doing and do not bother about them.But some how after one and half year we are interested in each other more.We wish good luck to same colleagues whom may be we hated or did not want to talk to them at that time in college.WHY?????

As we came out from our own Jabalpur we saw the world,the people and many tough situation.All the strange res around us.Our roommates,co-workers and the other place.They may become your good friend but you will not enjoy as much as with your college mates.We just had two parties (New Years and Abhishek's B'day ) here in Pune and I observed a lot of changes in the behaviour of the same people of GRKIST.It's fantastic.

New Year's Party

Some how we managed to have a get together.It was a long time when we all met and in this huge quantity, not numbers.So there are some 12 odd old buddies who were finally able to meet and those are Abhishek Shrivastava,,Bala,Shivam,Satya,Gaurav,Nirkhe,Ajay,Arvind,Deepanshu,Akshay (E&TC),Abhishek Nema (E&TC) and by default me as party was organisedat my flat.
We started the counting with Bala who was here on 31st morning from Heydrabad.I went to the hostel where Satya,Ajay and Deepansu stays.Soon after Abhi shri and Bala joined us.We then started laughing and "lag gaye ek doosre ki cheelne mein"It was about 1 PM, Then Shivam came to the hostel.Gaurav called Nirkhe to join us in the evening.We then went for the lunch around 3 PM.As we finished lunch Arvind joined us and then made a plan to go for a movie and the movie name is Bluffmaster.Me and Satya reached at the City Pride and buyed the tickets.As the movie finished we went to my room.

We then collected the money and then Me and Abhi Shri went to buy all the stuff.We bought some 3 litres of liquor, 3 packets of cigarettes,20 eggs,some chiken, and rice to make the pulav.

Nirkhe,Akshay ,Abhishek Nema joined us around 10:30 pm.And then the party began to rock as we started off.As two round finished all of us started enjoying the party.Satya cut the onion for the pulav ofcourse before the drinks.Then I made the pulav.Ajay was totally out of control and he started doing crazy things.Soon after Satya began.All of us were dancing and then the clock reached at 00:00 and we cheered "HAPPY NEW YEAR".As my landlord stays one floor down to me, I was started worrying that there are so many of us started dancing and making noises.I can hear the landlord voice for my roommate's name.I just put everybody in and aksed to keep quite but as you may have guessed correctly nobody listened me.Some people left in the night only.

Here comes the hit of the day.............

Bala is mad about a girl named (dim girl XYZ), what is dim ................(ask Bala).
Girl called at around 2 AM to Bala and Bala said that by mistake I gave a miscall to you and they talked.
Shivam and me both asked Bala to propose that girl on the same day but he did not listened.Bala went to her home town to meet her some time back, as she was so sad about some thing.That girl also knows that Bala likes him very much but MR. Bala ............
I woke up at 7:20 and everybody was sleeping.I took Bala's phone and renamed my name as that girl(XYZ) and renamed her name also.Then I sent a SMS from my phone to Bala's phone with the message "Missing you a lot,Call me as soon as possible".Then the SMS came on Bala's Phone as that Girl's name (XYZ) and he saw it.At that time he was like a "Majnoo" went off from the bed and about to call her.His face was amazed and then I told him that it was me.He said "abe salle sari neend karab kar di".Bala is going to remember it.

Then we had the breakfast and all left their way.........

Induction at Singapore - Last in this series

On Wednesday(21 dec) we went for city tour.There I bought my MP3/Video/FM Tuner player for 280 singapore dollars.In buying my player I forget the time and me and Ritesh missed the bus and we were back to Hotel.In evening we just hang around here and there and in night we went for Night Safari.It was very late when we came back.Next Morning we went to Sentosa.It is an island and really the must visit place.We spent our whole day there.We saw underwater world,Cinemania(Virtual Reality) and had many more stuff.I took a bicycle for a ride and went here and there at the beach.I just took of my clothes and went in to the water.As I did not have any there spare clothes I have to wear that same underwear.It was a bad experience.Then we saw the Dolphin Show.It was fabulous and the way they do the stunts
is amazing.Then we again roam around the beach and went back to hotel.

And the next day(23rd Dec) was our flight we were back to pune in same evening.So thats all!!!!!!!!!
